We repair your damaged cylinder by NIKASIL lay. It is suitable for all types of motorbikes, especially motocross bikes

Nikasil make your cylinder to new look as new bike.

Quality of new nikasil lay depends on right technological process, quality of carbide bath. Where the new NIKASIL lay is made. Also chemical removal of old NIKASIL lay is important. After that we review the cylinder, which maybe needs some other repair or welding

We can told, that this new NIKASIL lay from us has long life same as new cylinder.

What do you need to do before make new NIKASIL?

Remove all steel parts from cylinder (stud, exhaust control, guide pins etc. ) must remain alluminium only

Send cylinder to our company. Please put to box with cylinder yours adress, email and cell phone number – it is very important!!!

When we make new NIKASIL lay, we must use new piston kit and hone cylinder to A size piston.
